The 4118 Club was formed to allow local and surrounding business people to network and socialise within a friendly atmosphere and environment, while getting to know each others business and what’s available within the area. Ultimately, keeping money within the local community by using the expertise of businesses in their vicinity.




Luncheons are held on the 3rd WEDNESDAY of each month with the exception of December and January. They are currently held at the Park Ridge Tavern, 3773 Mt. Lindsay Highway, Park Ridge beginning at 11.45am  and closing at approximately 2pm. Our meetings include a guest speaker and an excellent meal at a great meeting place for you and your guests.

April 2012

April luncheon was a bit different. We welcomed Sergeant Ben Brouwer from Logan Distict Dog Squad. Ben spoke about his duties with his faithful dog Enzo and his previous dog Justice. (who still resides with Ben and his family) A very interesting talk and Ben was asked lots of questions from our members. The abilities of the dogs are quite remarkable, and don't believe everything you see on TV about a dog tracing a persons scent. We sincerely appreciated Ben's time, as it was actually his and Enzo's day off, so a big thank you to Ben. Enzo was unable to attend.

May 2012

Another successfull luncheon for May with a workshop designed to help you grow your business.  We "brainstormed" with the set  up of different businesses. How to set them up, advertisement to target customers, costs, etc. A lot of laughs, but everyone came out with at least one new idea for their particular business. Thank you to Libby Meakin from Montezumas and Louella Varney from Eyecare Plus for hosting the workshop.
